The GAFE headquarters acts as an umbrella organization and brings together university equality clubs. Equality Club is the executive arm of GAFE's goals and objectives at the local university, it is staffed by students of the same university and responds to local problems.

Admission of board members to the Equality Club is done on a semester basis. Any student can join the ranks of ordinary members at any time.
